• Payment Information: Billing details, UPI ID, card information, or net banking credentials, processed securely via our payment gateway partners.
• Business Details: GST number and business name (for commercial users).
• Communications: Messages, queries, or feedback you send to our support team.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and click patterns.
• Device & Browser Info: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version.
• Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address or, if permitted, GPS location for auto-filling addresses.
• Cookies & Tracking: Cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve usability.

Information from Third Parties

• Order status, tracking updates, and delivery confirmations from our courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, and others).
• Payment confirmation and transaction status from payment gateway providers.

We use your personal information only for the purposes described below and never sell your data to third-party advertisers.

• Service Delivery: To process shipment bookings, fetch real-time rates from courier partners, and dispatch orders.
• Order Tracking: To retrieve and display live tracking updates from courier partners.
• Account Management: To create, maintain, and secure your RabbitShip account.
• Billing & Payments: To process payments, issue invoices, and manage refunds.
• Customer Support: To respond to queries, complaints, and disputes.
• Communications: To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notifications via email or SMS.
• Platform Improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve our website, features, and user experience.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000, GST requirements, and any courier-related regulations.
• Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and security threats.

We share your information only as necessary to operate our service. We do not sell your personal data.

Courier & Shipping Partners

To fulfil your shipment, we share your pickup address, delivery address, parcel details, and contact numbers with the selected courier partner. Our integrated partners include:

Each partner has its own privacy policy and becomes an independent data controller for the data shared with them. We encourage you to review their policies.

Payment Gateway Providers

Payment information is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. RabbitShip does not store complete card details on our servers.

Technology & Hosting Providers

We use cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools operated by reputable third-party service providers who are contractually bound to protect your data.

Legal & Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a government/regulatory authority in India, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RabbitShip and its users.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change via email or a prominent notice on our website.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

We use cookies and similar technologies on rabbitship.in to:
