5 Tracking Tips That Save You a Support Call

Tracking pages look cryptic until you know what the statuses mean. Here's how to stay calm and informed.

1. Know the normal lull

A parcel can sit "in transit" for a day between hubs with no scan. That's normal, not lost.

2. Read the last scan location

The most recent scan tells you which hub it's at — far more useful than the headline status.

3. Watch for "out for delivery"

  • Keep your phone reachable — the rider may call.
  • Share a landmark if your address is hard to find.

4. Understand NDR

A "Non-Delivery Report" usually means a failed attempt — reschedule promptly so it doesn't return to origin.

5. Enable notifications

Turn on alerts so you hear about exceptions the moment they happen, not a day later.
